Policies and new laws in China have paved its way to become an economic power. Although there are

opportunities, the legal environment remains challenging.

This seminar will provide legal and commercial guidelines for foreign investment and their operations in

China. Relevant topics will include negotiation, contracts, purchase orders, hackers and intellectual

property.

Evaristo Treviño Berlanga obtained a Master of Laws in Chinese and Comparative Law in Hong Kong.

He is the first Mexican lawyer to obtain such degree in China.
