With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years, Prof. Lam has held key leadership roles as head of marketing and general manager in renowned multinational companies such as P&G, McDonald's, and Coca-Cola. During his tenure at Coca-Cola, Prof. Lam achieved remarkable milestones, including successfully launching the Minute Maid juice drink with pulp and becoming the first juice drink from a developing country to gain global availability. His contributions also led to accolades for the best brand marketing asset program, the best implementation of the marketing communication campaign, the best in the show for carbonated beverages, and the best juice drink advertising.
