Two guest chefs from Southern Brazil are bringing the flavors of their coastal city, Santa Catarina, to The Grand Patagonia Argentinian Steakhouse @thepatagoniasteak in Sheung Wan.
Chef Narbal Correa @narbalcorrea and Chef Pedro Soares @pedrosoaressc will guide us through a six-course culinary journey blending Brazilian, Argentinian, and Asian flavors. From oyster and tofu empanadas to ricotta and spinach jiaozi with Santa Catarina bottarga, grilled seafood, and juicy picanha, all expertly paired with Rutini Wines @rutiniwines from Mendoza, Argentina’s top wine region, the evening promises to be unforgettable.
